Training Huawei SDH Systems
INTRODUCTION
The SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) network is a highly popular international standard used for its high speed data transfer of the telecommunication and digital signals. In late’ 80s the ITU-T defined this new digital transmission standard based on the USA standard Synchronous Optical Network (SONET). Throughout this course, participants will learn all basic concepts in order to be able to interact with experts and being familiar with the technical documentation necessary for the specific Huawei SDH System transmission’s comprehension
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- Understanding advantages and drawbacks of Huawei SDH System transmission
- Being familiar with Huawei SDH operation principles with emphasis on practical aspects
- Understanding the SDH frame structure, pointer justification mechanism, overhead and multiplexing schemes
- Learning techniques for broadband data transport over SDH (ATM, IP, VCAT, LCAS, GFP, GbE)
